It is built to be handed over each year: an admin can add, edit, verify and retire listings from the dashboard without touching any code, and the festival year on each record keeps past seasons intact.
Only listings an admin has verified against the real mandapam are published. Unverified entries stay out of search, the gallery and the map, and no coordinate is published until it has been confirmed. A wrong pin sends a family to the wrong street on a festival evening, which is worse than no pin at all.
