1. Purpose of the Platform

Ganesh Darshan Jagtial provides an interactive, community-sourced guide to Ganesh mandapams, cultural programs, and idol darshan across Jagtial town and surrounding areas. The platform is offered free of charge for public informational and cultural benefit.

2. Community Submissions Guidelines

When submitting a mandapam through the “Add Ganesh” page, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information regarding the mandapam location, name, and details.
• Upload only photographs and videos that you have captured yourself or have permission from the organisers to publish.
• Refrain from submitting offensive, defamatory, commercial advertisements, political propaganda, or misleading coordinates.
• Understand that every submission undergoes moderation and verification by local volunteers before being published on the public map.

3. Verification & Editorial Discretion

Our admin team reserves the right to accept, edit, categorize, or reject any listing to maintain accuracy and safety. A listing may be unpublished if it cannot be verified, contains inaccurate directions, or if the mandapam organisers request its removal.

4. Disclaimer of Event Timings & Coordinates

Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, aartis, laddu auctions, cultural programs, and nimajjanam (immersion) schedules are determined independently by local mandapam committees and youth associations. While we strive to keep information up to date:

• Actual event timings, crowd situations, and traffic routes may vary based on local authorities and committee decisions.
• Visitors are advised to follow local traffic guidelines, police advisories, and respect mandapam rules during darshan.
• Ganesh Darshan Jagtial is not liable for changes in event schedules, road closures, or physical situations at the mandapam locations.

5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

The platform design, artwork, branding, and code are intellectual property of the Ganesh Darshan Jagtial contributors. Photographs and videos of idols are credited to community contributors and organisers celebrating the festival. You may freely share links to listings on social media and messaging platforms to promote local mandapams.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally as new features are added. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
